- CODE Complex – 25% commission
- DNA Data Entry ($119/formulation unlock) – $50 commission
- Sales from affiliates or wellness providers you refer directly – 5% commission on their supplement sales

- Kits are automatically coded to you as a provider
- Connect kits to your patients upon registration and payment
- Pay $10 per kit, plus shipping
- Commission: $50
3. Online DNA Test Kit
- Patients order through your unique referral link
- Delivered within 7 days
- Testing instructions included; client returns swabs directly to lab in prepaid mailer
- Commission: $50
4. Drop Shipped DNA Test Kit (provider orders)
- Provider orders through “Shop” in their SNiP provider account
- Delivered to patient within 7 days
- Testing instructions included; patient returns swabs directly to lab in prepaid mailer
- Provider enters coupon code to reduce retail price and charges patient directly (sets own price)
